Last day at the camp to work on my paddle planting, and that's what I've been doing all morning. But when I learned that a couple of New Zealanders were arriving around 11am for an introduction to canyoning, I shyly stretched out my arm to say "And me, can I too?".
We quickly finish our descent (with an involuntary overturning of the kayak, but correctly put back in its place)to be on time for camp and have time to pack my bag for the return trip.
This first glimpse of canyoning is really great, and makes me want to do it all over again. What's more, the New Zealand couple (Nepal was their honeymoon) were adorable and full of humor.

I had a monstrous time abseiling down this 17-18m high waterfall. (Doesn't look like it from here, does it?). Stand under the waterspouts, stop your descent, steady your feet and admire... **.
Then it was back to Kathmandu, by Local-Bus. Very uncomfortable, no legroom and the woman in front of me throwing up her entire meal... Let's be honest, the Turist-Bus has its advantages too.
TOO GOOD!!! I WANT IT!!!
